Food-safe 3D printing resin for wear-resistant parts without PTFE: iglidur® i6000
The new triboresin iglidur i6000 has been specially developed for contact with food. For wear-resistant components in white or blue with a high surface quality (roughness Ra = 0.8µm; Rz = 4.2µm). The resin achieves these low roughness values directly from the printer - without time-consuming post-processing. This leads to less adhesion on the surface and better cleaning of the components.
It is ideal for a wide range of applications in the food, packaging and pharmaceutical industries as well as laboratory automation.
Processing instructions: Since skin contact with the liquid resin must be avoided, personal protective equipment is absolutely necessary during processing. For better processing, the bottle with the resin should be shaken well before use.
