Sliding xiros® ball transfer unit for high impact loads and temperatures up to 120°C

Ball transfer units in sliding version

These ball transfer units operate on a wear-resistant sliding insert. We are adding two versions to our product range. In addition to the particularly wear-resistant housing made of iglidur J3B, now we also have iglidur A350, J350 and F182, which can be used at temperatures up to +120°C.

• Loads of up to 1,500N possible

Cost down:

• Cost-effective high-temperature material

Proof:

• Tested on our ball transfer unit test rig: at 50N/0.15m/s drop of 0.1mm after 500hrs

Sustainability:

• No external lubrication, environmentally friendly
