The challenge

At present, it is still necessary to manually turn and rotate the cartons to be printed in order to stack them neatly on top of each other. However, correct orientation of the cartons is crucial in order to avoid production errors later on.

The solution

The ReBeL cobot now picks up the cartons from the conveyor belt and stacks them correctly. In addition, a camera mounted on the robot performs a visual inspection of the cartons.
