We are expanding our range with the iglidur® C301 tribotape®, which stands out due to its increased resistance to abrasion and high temperatures up to +150°C. It extends the service life of components, reduces downtimes and saves costs. At the same time, it conserves resources and supports sustainable use.

Chain guide profiles have excellent wear behaviour and the high mechanical load capacity make it ideal for dynamic applications. It also impresses with its resistance to moisture, chemicals and temperature fluctuations

The PTFE-free alternative to the proven standard for food contact iglidur® A181. The new material is extremely resistant to wear and withstands media and application temperatures of up to +90°C.

Bar stock made of iglidur C300 impresses with its excellent sliding properties, low moisture absorption and extreme wear resistance, which means it remains dimensionally stable even under high loads. It is ideal for mechanical engineering, automotive and conveyor technology. C300 also stands out due to its chemical resistance.

Our CNC service has a new design and offers improved operation and other new features. In addition to machined parts, it is now also possible to calculate components that require combined machining processes. You also benefit from a simplified and streamlined configuration of tolerances, threads and surfaces.

The new iglidur® A160 liner with integrated foam layer reduces friction and impacts, e.g. when transporting sensitive products such as bottles on conveyor belts. This minimises damage and makes the process much safer. The material iglidur® A160 is characterised by outstanding sliding properties, food suitability (EU/FDA-compliant) and high abrasion resistance, while the foam also provides shock absorption.

Unlike conventional materials that promote sliding, non-slip tape has been specially developed to hold products or objects in place. The non-slip surface guarantees products are fixed precisely in place, while their robust material composition ensures long-term reliability.
