Sales Engineer (North Malaysia)

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director, Product Managers, and Sales Leader to strategize and expand igus® product sales in the defined region.
  • Drive sales activities for all products, ensuring revenue and profitability growth of igus® Malaysia.
  • Actively engage with customers and business partners, expanding our network and finding new opportunities for the organization's growth.
  • Extend our customer base, reach new markets, and drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Provide technical product counseling, training, and engineering support to clients, helping them find cost-effective solutions.
  • Engineering (electrical or mechanical) degree or similar educational background.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling and advising on technical products, with commercial acumen preferred.
  • Established network in the engineering or machine building industry is advantageous.
  • Outgoing personality, high energy, and self-motivation with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide all technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently, focused on positioning igus® as the key brand in Malaysia.
  • Must possess a car for travel.
