An extremely flat design, the lateral spindle arrangement and a striking design are just some of the reasons why the drylin® linear module SLT has been honoured with the iF Award 2014. The flat linear module with spindle drive is technically impressive thanks to a drive with ball bearing mounted trapezoidal or high helix lead screw. The drive can be either manual or motorised. The SLT series is based on the drylin® T miniature guide in installation sizes 12 and 15.

For a motorised spindle drive of the flat linear module, igus offers® powerful spindle-stepper motors. The motors are available in three sizes: NEMA11, NEMA17 and NEMA23. The combination with a dryspin® threaded spindle guarantees precise centring and a long service life of the flat linear module.
