Ideal for use under extreme conditions

Stainless steel version of the versatile SLW linear module series with corrosion-resistant steel components (1.42305, AISI 316 or AISI 316Ti). In sizes 1040 and 2080, the stainless steel linear module is available with 3 different plain bearing materials.

The plain bearing material is selectable: Depending on the ambient conditions, you can choose between the standard, the FDA-compliant or a high-temperature plain bearing.

Plain bearing materials:
iglidur® J = Standard
iglidur® A180 = FDA-compliant
iglidur® X = High temperature up to +250 °C

Bearing materials

All drylin® drive units bearing points are equipped with lubrication-free and maintenance-free igus® high performance polymers. Options include materials for high temperature applications up to +180°C (iglidur® X, SLW-ES series) and for FDA-compliant environments (iglidur® A180).
