Rotary module – rotation angle of up to 6,480°
The new CRM rotary module is lighter and more compact than stationary guide troughs. It enables rotation angles of up to 6,480° in a minimum of installation space. The guidance of different cable types (power, signal, fibre optic, pneumatic, oil) is possible. There is no need for interference-prone and inflexible rotary unions, and installation is simple and ready-to-install.

Test: CRM rotary module and TB12 twisterband clearance height
igus has compared the CRM rotary module and the twisterband in a comparison test in its largest test laboratory in the industry. Both series were assessed in terms of their clearance height at the same rotation angle of 6,480°
Result: Compared to the twisterband, the rotary module CRM requires less clearance height at the same rotation angle of 6,480°. The clearance height of the rotary module is approx. 99mm and the twisterband TB12 is approx. 260mm.
