  • Success for the customer: Control, signal and bus cables are provided entirely from the chainflex® programme; a newly developed, particularly lightweight cable made from Amramid enables the platform to be supplied with energy; an energy chain with reverse bend radius (reverse bend radius) takes over the complex cable routing in the rotary axis of the platform

Problem

Solution

The hand-laminated rotor blades of wind turbines are subject to wear, for example due to abrasion, bird strikes and high mechanical stress.

Our energy chains guide the chainflex® cable to the numerous moving components of the "terra" platform.

The tarpaulins for weather protection are opened and closed via drylin® linear guide.

Our iglidur® Tribo-Tape is a lightweight solution for reducing friction in linear movements.

Our plain bearings are installed on various axes. Low weight, maintenance- and lubrication-free operation and insensitivity to corrosion are key advantages here.
