Guidelite plus

Energy chains for galvanising, fertiliser production and other demanding environments

The guidelite plus guide system consists entirely of plastic components and is a guide trough that is closed on both sides. The guidelite plus is made of chemical-resistant EG material and provides stable guidance.

  • Connection via fixed hooks and loose slide-in connection to react to temperature fluctuations
  • Quick and easy replacement possible
  • Quieter than metal guide troughs
  • Significantly cheaper than a comparable stainless-steel trough
  • Very lightweight

sample order for 30m travel with an E4.42.137.150.0.EG+ looks like this:
- 15 pieces 9GP.150.00.1000.EG+ (1m trough without glide bar)
- 15 pieces 9GP.150.64.1000.EG+ (1m trough with glide bar)
- 1 piece 9GP.150.64.167.E4.42.FP.EG+ (fixed end module)
- 60 pieces 9GP.150.167.EG+ (connecting bars)

The connecting bars are already included in the fixed end module and therefore do not need to be ordered separately.
