CNC-controlled laser cutting machine

Perfect operation

This laser cutting machine is designed for the hobby sector. A maintenance-free CO2 laser is used. The machine has a travel range of 1000 x 500 millimeters. The axes are moved by step motors, whilst round and rectangular drylin® W rails are used as linear guides. The machine runs perfectly with this guide system, there is no stick slip, meaning that igus® products have been preferred to conventional roller guide systems.
